Turkey’s London Embassy hosted a photographic exhibition of July 15 coup attempt Friday evening.

More than 30 photographs by Anadolu Agency were showcased in the event organized by Yunus Emre Cultural Centre, and a fashion show with the same theme was also held.

The event held at Turkish Embassy’s residence at Portland Place in central London was also attended by celebrities from fashion and TV world.

A mini fashion show by stylist Zeynep Kartal exhibited dresses with July 15 photographs printed on them and with clove motives symbolizing martyrs of the coup attempt.

The show coincided with London Fashion Week that started Friday.

Hosted by Turkey’s London Ambassador Abdurrahman Bilgic, the event received a celebratory message from Turkey’s first lady Emine Erdogan, in which she thanked for Kartal’s contributions to Turkey’s promotion abroad.
