Turkish gasoline prices dropped from average of 0.4-0.6 liras per liter at midnight on Thursday.
In Ankara 95-octane unleaded gasoline will be sold between 4.16 and 4.17 liras per liter, between 4.14 and 4.16 liras in Istanbul and the price in Izmir dropped to between 4.16 and 4.17 liras.
The global benchmark Brent crude oil price has continued to fall since June, from $116 to $50.52 per barrel mark on Jan. 7 - the lowest record since May 2009.
Meanwhile, gasoline prices rose from an average of 0.03-0.04 liras per liter at midnight on Tuesday which was the first increase since June 2014.
