WASHINGTON
The U.S.-led coalition announced on Thursday that Iraqi Air Force hit the Daesh terrorist targets in eastern Syria.
According to a statement issued by U.S.-led Unified Task Force (UNITAF), Iraqi Air Force conducted the airstrike in Syria’s Deir -Zor with the approval of Iraqi Prime Minister Haidar al-Ibadi.
The statement said that the Iraqi Combined Operation Center had received intelligence support from the coalition.
No further details have been provided.
