Spokesman for the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Philippe Lalliot said Assad was proving once again that he was denying the reality by trying to justify his cruel acts against Syrians with his new offers.
He said Assad's statements could not deceive anyone and added it was inevitable for Assad to hand in the power to a transition government.

Meanwhile Free Syrian Army or FSA spokesperson Abdulhamid Zakariya said the speech Assad delivered on Sunday proved that a political solution was not possible anymore.
Talking to AA correspondent, Zakariya said the last exit for Syrian crisis was a military solution.
He said they would solve the crisis if they would receive arms from the international community.
