Egypt's ousted president Mohamed Morsi has been remanded into custody for an additional 30 days on charges of spying for the Palestinian resistance group Hamas.
Saad al-Katatni, leader of the Muslim Brotherhood's Freedom and Justice Party and former parliamentary speaker, was also remanded into custody for 15 days on the same charges, according to a statement by investigating judge Hassan Samir.
Arrest warrants have been issued for 32 other Muslim Brotherhood leaders who also face travel bans.
