ANKARA
Libyan President Mohamed Yousef el-Magariaf visited the Turkish Parliament Speaker Cemil Cicek in Ankara.
Speaking to reporters while meeting President el-Magariaf and his delegation, Cemil Cicek said that el-Magariaf's visit was highly important and meaningful for Turkey.
"There are many things we can do together with Libya. Opportunities do not come again," Cicek said.
"As Turkey, our aim is not to be the leader of the Arab world but rather strengthen our brotherhood with Arab countries," Cicek also said.
President Magariaf, in his part, said that they wanted to benefit from Turkey's experiences in their new constitutional process.
