ISTANBUL
The Anadolu Agency's Energy Terminal will help us to understand the real story behind energy developments, Turkey’s Energy Minister Taner Yildiz said on Thursday.
AA introduced its Energy News Terminal to energy professionals along with Turkey's Energy and Natural Resources Minister at a luncheon in Istanbul on Thursday.
“Time will show that AA’s Energy Terminal is a very important project,” Yildiz said. “At the Ministry of Energy, we face the challenge of explaining the real story behind developments in the sector. AA’s Energy Terminal will help us in this regard.”
Good communication is a key element in dealing with energy, Yildiz said. Subscribing to AA’s Energy News Terminal would be of great use to all the players in the Turkish energy sector, he added.
“Turkey’s Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources will work closely with AA to provide all the data needed to create an even more transparent energy sector in Turkey,” Yildiz said.
Turkey's head of the Energy Market Regulatory Board, and CEOs, general directors and deputy directors from over 20 energy companies also attended the event.
AA is greatly expanding its publishing offer on its way to becoming one of the five leading news agencies in the world.
The terminal with its broad coverage both in Turkey and worldwide, will allow users to closely follow national and international markets through real-time data, with special analysis reports obtained from important names in the energy sector, both from Turkey and from the U.S., Europe, the Middle East and Asia. In addition to energy news, readers can also enjoy news stories on politics and foreign affairs.
The Energy News Terminal aims to reach both local and international investors interested in Turkey.
