ANKARA
Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Sunday telephoned Egypt president-elect Mohammad Morsi and congratulated him on his election victory.
Egypt's electoral commission announced the official results of the presidential election, saying that Freedom and Justice Party's candidate Morsi won the election getting 51.7 percent of the vote.
