1,907 more Syrians, who escaped from the violence in their country, crossed into Turkey.
Fifteen of the Syrians, who had been wounded during the clashes in their country, were taken to Kilis State Hospital.
The group also included 51 army defectors.
Syrians, after entering Turkey via southern Kilis and Hatay provinces, were sent to camps in nearby towns.
