At least 15 people have been killed and more than 150 injured when a train derailed in northern India.
Indian news agency Press Trust of India reported that the accident happened near Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh state.
The death toll could continue to rise according to a senior Lucknow official quoted by Press Trust of India.
Uttar Pradesh's state government has announced a compensation package of 200,000 Indian rupees ($3,200) for the families of the deceased.
