Paris (AA) - French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius said that an international conference on Syria planned to take place in mid-June in Geneva may get postponed to July.
Speaking to the Le Parisien newspaper, Fabius stressed that it may be difficult for the Syrian sides to submit lists of the participants in the Geneva meeting by mid-June.
Fabius warned that the Geneva conference may be the last opportunity to solve the Syrian crisis.
Fabius reiterated that his country did not want Iran to attend the Geneva conference.
Diplomatic sources said that the Geneva conference may be held on June 15-16.
