GAZA (AA) - September 24, 2012 - The Kfir Brigade which is the largest brigade in the Israel Defense Forces is getting prepared for a new assault on Gaza, local sources said.
Eyewitnesses said that a team from the Kfir Brigade with bulldozers and tanks entered the rural area in the east of Al-Maghazi refugee camp in Gaza, and unmanned aerial vehicle reconnaissance was carried out by Israeli soldiers in the region.
The local sources also claimed that Israel's zodiacs opened fire on the fishing boats in the north of the Gaza Strip, and nobody was wounded in the attack.
Those are small-scale provisional operations carried out to prevent any new assault on Gaza, said a statement by Israeli Defense Forces.
