Two Turkish troops were killed in a road-side land mine blast in southeastern town of Lice on Friday. In a statement released on Friday, Mustafa Toprak, governor of southeastern province of Diyarbakir, said that a road-side land mind exploded while a military truck heading to the city center of Lice was passing by on Friday morning. One non-commissioned officer and one soldier were killed while a soldier and a civilian were wounded in the blast. Security operations are under way in the region, Toprak added.
