Turkish Council of Ministers met in the Turkish capital of Ankara.
Speaking to the press following the cabinet meeting, Spokesperson for the Turkish government and Deputy Prime Minister Bulent Arinc underlined that they wanted to make a general arrangement with the fourth judicial package.
Under the fourth judicial package, Turkish citizens will be able to make all statements freely and such statements will not constitute a crime unless the statements call for violence, the use of guns or consist of violent threats, Arinc stressed.
Turkish cabinet signed fourth judicial package and sent it to the Turkish Parliament for discussions and possible approval.
