Arab journalists, who had visited Turkey as guests of Anadolu Agency and Directorate General of Press and Information (BYEGM) and held several talks in Ankara and Istanbul, still keep sharing their Turkey impressions and stories with their fans, followers and readers.
Leading columnists, chief editors and representatives of the prominent newspapers, televisions and magazines which form the Arab public opinion including Al Hayat, Ashark Al Awsat, Akhbar Al Yawm, Al Ittihad, Al Sharq, Al Shorouk, and Al Ahram, visited NGOs and institutions, came together with Turkish politicians and representatives of leading names of the Turkish press during their stay in Turkey. And since they returned to their countries, they have been transferring their "New Turkey" impressions into their media and sharing their stories with their followers.
Some of the cover stories about Turkey which were titled as, "New Turkey", "Silent Revolution in Turkey" and "Turkey Notes" assessed Turkey's increasing role in both region and globe.
Moreover, Anadolu Agency's Arabic broadcast and new chapter in Turkey-Arab relations were covered as well.
Article series created by Hilmi al-Asmar, the writer of Jordan's Ad-Dustour newspaper, state that al-Asmar witnessed great changes in Turkey and in his article titled “Sincerity” which he penned after his meetings in Turkey. "I spent two days in Ankara. It will not be an exaggeration if I say that the pages are not enough to tell what I saw and heard in Turkey during my visit with the Arab delegation. Turkey has shown its willingness to develop the relations with the Arab world by beginning the Arabic Broadcast of AA" said al Asmar. He said "sincerity" was the secret code describing the chance in Turkey, hoping for "one day they would have the same ingenious and fascinating experience". He said this experience should be model, be tempted and situmulated by the Arab world.
Furthermore, Jihad al-Khazen of Al Hayat stated, "Turkey is in its best period of eighty years and Ankara has ended the terror problem" in his article.
Lastly, Jaber Al Harmi, the writer of Al Sharq newspaper of Qatar, emphasized that Arabic broadcast of Anadolu Agency was a sign of expansion of Turkey to the Arab world in his article titled “New Turkey”.
