ANKARA
Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan called his Pakistani counterpart Nawaz Sharif to congratulate his victory of becoming the prime minister.
Having won the elections on May 11, Sharif began his tenure as prime minister on June 5.
The two leaders expressed on the phone their determination on improving the relations between Turkey and Pakistan in the future.
