KABUL
At least 13 people, including head of a provincial council, were killed Monday in a suicide bombing in Afghanistan's Baghlan province.
Police sources said the suicide bomber blew self up as Haji Rasool Khan Mohseni, the head of the provincial council, entered the council's headquarters in Baghlan's capital Pul-e Khomri.
Officials added at least 10 others were also wounded.
Sources said no groups have claimed responsibility for the attack.
